Materials:
1. Kalo tuber/runner,
2. Aquaponics system (grow bed)
Procedure:
1. Get a Kalo runner from the store or other sources.
2. Plant the Kalo in the gravel grow bed near the water pipe. Make sure you place the roots deep down into the gravel. Taro usually are used to moisturized areas and a warm temperate.
3. Kalo takes a few months to harvest so make sure to maintain the plant by keeping the grow bed clean and the water levels in a healthy range.
4. Watch for any pests or insects that may affect the Kalo.
5. Continue to research the many uses of Kalo and prepare a variety of foods.
